As it stands, J&A Auto Repairs partners with KwaCare, a NPO based in Pinetown. Through this initiative, several underprivileged households in the Kwadabeka regions can afford to eat and send their children to school.
J&A Auto Repairs also partners with Ethnos Movement International, a NGO working in South Africa and abroad, amongst the least reached and vulnerable communities.
It is our hope that this business goes beyond servicing vehicles, but can change lives in the process.

Our Commitment To You
We will be honest about the work needed in order to ensure your satisfaction. We will give you our exact diagnosis of what the faults are on your vehicle. We will do all the work required on your job card only with your consent. If we proceed with the repairs without your consent, then we will undertake to fix those items free of charge. We will ensure that each defective item attended to will be fixed correctly the first time, or redone free of charge. We will have your car ready at the time promised or contact you if we encounter any unforeseen delays. We will issue you with the replaced parts, should you wish to have them. We will contact you after the service or repair to determine your level of satisfaction, as this will help us continuously strive to do our best.
